KIOSK // Interactive
Brief
ELAD Canada needed a way to bring their Dream Tower at Emerald City sales centre to life for prospective buyers, without relying on a sales rep walking every visitor through a binder of floor plans. The brief was to design an interactive kiosk experience that felt effortless to use for anyone walking in off the street, while also working as a real sales tool behind the scenes: capturing buyer information, distributing materials, and feeding directly into the sales team's CRM.

Summary
Build a New Way to Dream
The kiosk experience for ELAD Canada's Dream Tower at Emerald City was designed around ease of use first: intuitive navigation, soothing colors, and large, accessible buttons so anyone could pick it up without instruction. The hardware was deployed across the sales centre in a deliberate mix, two large 1080p displays flanking either side of the main sales desk, a third stationed beside the physical architectural model of the building and community, and a handful of tablets running the same experience as a native APK app, giving the sales team a mobile version of the same tool to walk with.
Underneath the interface, the kiosk was built to actually do something for the sales team, not just look good in the showroom. It plugged directly into their CRM, automatically distributing sales sheets and floor plan PDFs and capturing prospective buyers' contact information for follow-up EDMs and updates on their future home. It was well received by the sales team, giving them a tool that did double duty as both a buyer-facing showpiece and a quiet lead-generation engine running in the background.
