ELAD Canada needed a way to bring their Dream Tower at Emerald City sales centre to life for prospective buyers, without relying on a sales rep walking every visitor through a binder of floor plans. The brief was to design an interactive kiosk experience that felt effortless to use for anyone walking in off the street, while also working as a real sales tool.
The kiosk experience for ELAD Canada's Dream Tower at Emerald City was designed around ease of use first: intuitive navigation, soothing colors, and large, accessible buttons so anyone could pick it up without instruction.
